He may be going out in a Broncos jersey, but Colts fans all over Indiana are looking back with pride on the career of quarterback Peyton Manning.

Manning was the first overall pick in 1998, and spent 14 seasons in Indianapolis before going to Denver for the last four years of his career (ironically, he made the announcement he was leaving Indianapolis exactly five years ago today).

He's a five-time MVP and two-time Super Bowl champion, including one Super Bowl MVP. He threw 539 touchdowns in his career — and 399 of them in were in a Colts jersey, making him the leader in franchise history. He’s the only starting quarterback to have won a Super Bowl with two different teams.

Manning retires with five quarterback records: career passing yards, passing yards in one season, passing TDs in one season, career passing TDs, and regular season wins (he shares that one with Brett Favre).
