Crimestoppers is looking for your help finding a suspect in an attempted murder in LaGrange County.
On Friday, Aug. 21, Rocky Swihart was at his home in the 10000 block of East 350 South. Just before 10 a.m. a 1990s model sedan, described as tan or gold, pulled up to his house.
A man exited the vehicle and spoke with Swihart. He shot Swihart in the head, then in the back when Swihart attempted to escape into his house. The man then left the scene.
Swihart suffered extensive facial injuries, including damage to his eyes.
The shooter was described as white, balding or with a shaved head, medium build and in his 20s. Swihart told police he did not know the shooter or the passenger who was in the vehicle.
