I prepared a first-time-in-our-home recipe for dinner tonight. It was roughly 70% successful. I had seconds, she did not. Some contents shifted during cooking, namely the crust. Some of which ended up on the top, because of course it did. I also need to be more aggressive when whipping eggs.
